►►►Project Introduction
In the cafeteria of a certain institution in Shanghai Hongqiao, the kitchen area is large and there are many cooking stoves. It can perform various cooking processes such as steaming, frying, and stir-frying. During peak operation hours, not only is the amount of smoke extremely large, but also problems related to gas emissions, steam, and odors need to be addressed simultaneously. This imposes strict requirements on the performance of the exhaust equipment.

►►►Solution
Facing the difficult problem of smoke exhaust, this unit, after rigorous screening and comprehensive consideration of product performance, purification efficiency, long-term maintenance costs and brand reputation, finally chose to install eight sets of AIRWORK smoke exhaust integrated machines.

►►►Product advantages
The AIRWORK smoke hood-type oil and smoke purification unit adopts a multi-stage purification system. At the front end of the equipment, there is a high-efficiency oil filter that can quickly intercept most of the oil smoke, initially purifying the air. The dual-stage electrostatic equipment at the end further captures the fine oil smoke particles, with a purification efficiency of up to 98%, far exceeding the industry average, ensuring that the emissions fully comply with national standards.

This device effectively integrates the smoke hood, the oil fume purifier and the exhaust fan into a compact, integrated structure, breaking the limitations of traditional separate layout and space occupation of exhaust equipment. It frees up more usable space for the kitchen, allowing the cafeteria kitchen to accommodate various equipment such as frying, steaming and boiling simultaneously. It is also equipped with LED tube lights for lighting, water washing devices and power overload protection, among other practical functions. In terms of appearance design, the device adopts a seamless process, with the side panels and corners being finely polished, combining practicality with aesthetics.
