PSG Indoor Air Purification Unit
With the advent of various internal circulation oil smoke purification systems specifically designed for professional kitchen ventilation systems, MFK (Meiko) has completed the closed-loop of indoor kitchen oil smoke emission technology and provided effective purification solutions for each stage of kitchen emissions and ventilation, from capture, collection and circulation to indoors, continuously providing clean air.
The rent for commercial spaces has risen, and the small kitchen can lead to the inability of the accompanying exhaust shaft to meet the demand for exhaust volume. Traditional gas stoves require an exhaust system to discharge exhaust gas to the outdoor atmosphere (due to heat and carbon monoxide). Restaurant owners can choose the direct exhaust solution for electric cooking indoors to reduce the exhaust volume. The MFK (Meiko) direct exhaust hood adopts an indoor direct exhaust and internal circulation working mode, reducing the amount of oil smoke emissions and effectively solving the problem of insufficient oil smoke emissions caused by the limited exhaust shaft space in the shopping mall. Another advantage of the indoor direct exhaust hood is that it saves the cost of the exhaust engineering and improves the layout of the kitchen space.
The MFK (Meiko) indoor direct exhaust purification unit adopts a modular pollution control system, allowing you to operate a restaurant in a harsh environment. The system can be customized according to key indicators such as kitchen oil smoke concentration and odor concentration. The system includes efficient purification modules, UV and activated carbon odor degradation modules, as well as electrostatic dust collection modules, heat energy recovery modules, etc. The compound multi-level efficient filtration process can effectively remove water vapor, grease and smoke particles released by cooking appliances, while reducing odor emissions, and effectively controlling the exhaust emissions of commercial kitchens.
PSG can provide heat recovery devices, and hot water can be used for dishwashers or preheating domestic hot water. EMS energy-saving frequency conversion module, the exhaust volume will be continuously adjusted according to cooking activities, effectively saving energy and reducing operating costs.
PSG helps property owners choose any place to safely establish a restaurant. The team benefits from safe, clean, and fresh air, and the ventilation meets strict hygiene requirements.
Characteristics
It is specially developed for establishing commercial restaurants in densely populated urban areas, with a purification air volume ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 cubic meters per hour.
The one-time pre-filtering device has an M-level rating.
The ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) can operate at the highest efficiency. The ESP induces static charges on the particles passing through it and then collects them on the collecting plates generating a magnetic field. The ESP is highly effective against fine particles (including grease particles and steam), and can be reused after cleaning. (Optional)
F-level medium-efficiency filter, effectively collecting oil smoke particles.
UV-C module is used to kill bacteria, molds, etc. in the air, ensuring air quality.
High-efficiency H-level filter, with a rated DOP of 95% for 0.3-micron aerosols. It is used to remove ultra-fine particles mainly present in smoke.
Some odors are carried by grease particles, water vapor, and smoke. They are completely removed by the previous filtration steps. The remaining odors, especially VOCs, can be effectively removed through a combination of activated carbon and chemical particles. The first method removes gases through adsorption. The second method reduces the odor significantly through adsorption, absorption, and chemical reactions.
Heat recovery device, reducing the temperature of the gas at the outlet, and the hot water recovered by the coil can be used for dishwashers or to preheat domestic hot water.
Noise reduction module, can effectively reduce the noise of the exhaust duct and the outlet, meeting the requirements of most environments at 60 decibels.
