LRU-H Heat Energy Recovery/ Cooling Device

LRU-H is mainly used in the heat recovery system during the cooking process in commercial kitchens. The heat energy recovery technology is an effective means to efficiently utilize energy and reduce energy consumption.

The LRU-K heat recovery coil can be installed in the smoke hood to increase the indoor area and recover heat from the exhaust airflow. The heat recovery coil is installed behind the metal filter in the factory, and warm air in the exhaust airflow passes through the coil and heats the hot water in the coil, acting as a preheater on the hot water supply pipeline of the restaurant or facility. The coil recovers thermal energy, improves water heating efficiency, and reduces energy costs.
Heat recovery coil options can be used with smoke hoods with automatic cleaning functions. The copper tubes have a special electroplating coating to prevent the accumulation of quality on the copper tubes. The automatic cleaning function of the smoke hood ensures daily cleaning of the coil surface to ensure proper heat transfer. Each coil is equipped with a manual shut-off valve for maintenance and repair.
LRU-H adopts the air-water heat recovery principle and is mainly applied in PST indoor exhaust units or PSE high-efficiency oil smoke pollution control units.
