The customer needs to prepay a three-month rent as a deposit for the use of the equipment. The deposit will be returned to the customer without interest after the contract expires, provided that the customer does not renew the lease.
How are the equipment for AIRWORK’s smoke and odor purification system rental selected?
- We provide customers with corresponding equipment based on various factors such as the cooking time, smoke concentration, location of the exhaust outlet, and the impact on residents. For example, for barbecue, with high smoke concentration and a large amount of particulate matter, multiple-stage purification equipment is needed to handle the smoke. Since the AIRWORK smoke purifier is a standard modular device, if the rental equipment does not perform well, additional equipment can be added to improve the situation.
What if the restaurant is not closed after less than two years of lease?
- If the contract is less than 2 years, the 3-month deposit will not be refunded as a penalty. Our company will return the equipment. If the original owner sublets to a third party, the third party can re-sign a lease contract with AIRWORK according to the original contract terms.
Can the leased equipment pass the environmental inspection?
- Sure, and the environmental protection authorities encourage the adoption of the third-party operated leasing and management model to address the issue of meeting environmental standards for emissions.
