PSE High-Efficiency oil fume pollution control unit

The PSE series pollution control units are specially developed for establishing commercial restaurants in densely populated urban areas. They are designed to remove grease particles from the airflow of commercial kitchen exhaust systems and reduce smoke. This device can be equipped with BRETON ultraviolet or activated carbon odor removal modules as well as atomization biological odor removal modules. The grease particles in the commercial kitchen are adsorbed, and the cooking odors in the air are neutralized to an acceptable level, eliminating the need for low-altitude exhaust emissions from buildings. It reduces the probability of smoke complaints. The PSE consists of multiple purification modules. The air volume selection ranges from 3000 m³/h to 68000 m³/h.
Characteristics

The first-level metal or one-time M-level filter, which filters large particles of grease and cooking smoke particles. One or more levels of ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) can operate with high efficiency. Depending on the concentration of cooking fumes and the type of cuisine, ESP can induce static charges on the particles passing through it, and then collect them on the collecting plate generating a magnetic field. ESP is very effective for fine particles (including grease particles), and can be reused after cleaning. BRETON Breton UV-C technology. This technology can photolyze and oxidize cooking fumes and reduce the odor emitted to the outside. Heat recovery device, through the dual action of ESP and BRETON, the coil fins of the heat recovery module have no grease deposits, which helps maintain a constant recovery effect over time and significantly limits its maintenance and cleaning costs. The heat recovery also means reducing the temperature of the gas at the outlet. The hot water recovered by the coil can be used for dishwashers or to preheat domestic hot water. Some odors are carried by grease particles, water vapor, and smoke. They are completely removed by the previous filtration steps. The remaining odors, especially VOCs, can be effectively removed through a combination of activated carbon and chemical particles. The first method removes gases through adsorption. The activated carbon filter also adsorbs the excess ozone produced by UV-C. The second method significantly reduces the odor through adsorption, absorption, and chemical reactions. Optional fan module, considering the urgent need for fan maintenance, users can choose the appropriate fan based on the parameters provided by PSE. Optional noise reduction module, which can effectively reduce the noise in the exhaust duct and outlet, meeting different commercial environments. EMS variable frequency energy-saving module, based on the needs of cooking and exhaust air, intelligent frequency control, saves energy and reduces operating costs. Advanced control module, equipped with an IoT (Internet of Things) platform, can automatically evaluate the device, replace specific filters as needed based on monitoring requirements, has advanced 24/7 remote monitoring functions to ensure normal operation.
