ESP electrostatic precipitator

Airworks' single-stage or multi-stage ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) can operate with high efficiency. Depending on the concentration of the cooking fumes and the type of cuisine being prepared, the ESP induces static charges on the particles passing through it, and then collects them on the collecting plates that generate a magnetic field. The ESP is highly effective for fine particles (including grease particles), and can be reused after cleaning.

CARBON Activated Carbon Odor Removal Module

Some odors are carried by oil particles, water vapor and smoke. They are completely removed in the previous filtration steps. The remaining odors, especially VOCs, can be effectively removed through a combination of activated carbon and chemical particles. The first method removes gases through adsorption. The second method significantly reduces the odor through adsorption, absorption and chemical reactions.

Breton® UV-C Photolysis Oxidation Technology

This is a system used in commercial kitchens for "oil removal" and "odor mitigation". The Breton UV-C lamps have two wavelengths: 254nm and 185nm. The 254nm wavelength UV cuts the oil molecule chains, forming small oil molecules. The 185nm wavelength UV reacts with oxygen in the air to produce ozone, which further oxidizes the small oil molecules into water, carbon dioxide and trace amounts of white powder.

BPCO Plasma Odor Removal

Free radical reaction: Some highly reactive negative ions (such as hydroxyl radical ·OH) can undergo oxidation-reduction reactions with odor molecules, breaking their chemical bonds and converting organic substances into carbon dioxide and water. Catalytic decomposition: Certain negative ion generators combine with photocatalytic materials (such as TiO₂), generating active oxygen species under light, accelerating the decomposition of odors.
