By comparing the temperature of the non-contact temperature sensor on the smoke hood with the temperature of the kitchen temperature sensor, the working status of the stove or kitchenware can be determined, and the exhaust volume of the exhaust hood can be adjusted individually. For example, if only one stove is in operation, the system will automatically adjust the exhaust volume of the related exhaust hood or cooking area, while other areas will operate at a low flow rate or stop working.
