UVCLW ceiling exhaust hood with ultraviolet automatic water washing technology

The UVCLW ventilation ceiling smoke hood integrates functions such as AIRJET, BRETON UV-C photolysis oxidation, and automatic washing technology. This design ensures that the system and the pipes are almost free of oil stains, reducing the unpleasant cooking odors and smoke emissions. The automatic washing technology enables users to be relieved from the routine cleaning tasks of the smoke hood, significantly lowering the cleaning costs, especially suitable for frequently used kitchens (central kitchens, hotels, hospitals, etc.).
The UVCLW ceiling smoke hood adopts the latest circular and vertical AIRJET technology. It is an efficient kitchen ventilation smoke hood. It can remove polluted air and the excessive heat emitted by kitchen equipment. In general, the exhaust volume consumed by the system to eliminate the same heat load is 15% less than that of traditional smoke hoods.
Characteristics

The water washing technology can automatically perform cleaning tasks on a regular basis without any manual intervention. It eliminates the cumbersome operations of manually disassembling, cleaning, and reinstalling the filters. The filters should be cleaned once a year based on the activities carried out in the kitchen. Large kitchens no longer require the use of additional filters. Due to the significant reduction in maintenance costs, restaurant operators can quickly obtain a return on investment, especially for kitchens with high usage frequency or those that need frequent cleaning of the filters. The exhaust chambers of the ceiling smoke hoods are sealed in a watertight manner. These exhaust chambers are equipped with pipes with nozzles, which can be removed without tools and are easy to maintain, specifically designed for quick and efficient cleaning of the filters. The control system uses a control box with a touch screen interface. The ceiling-mounted smoke hoods are designed to reduce the number of external stainless steel components, thereby reducing the number of joints that need to be cleaned to ensure hygiene. The joint at the lower edge is completely welded, preventing liquids from entering. In the design, the arched panels between the suction chambers adopt an aerodynamic design to prevent cooking steam from entering the ceiling, limit the risk of condensation, and facilitate maintenance. During the life cycle of the kitchen, this smoke hood has quick test and balance detection ports, which can quickly detect the exhaust and supply air volumes during the debugging stage or maintenance operations. The low-speed supply device prevents contaminated air from mixing with the supplied fresh air and flowing back, thus avoiding the deposition of cooking fumes on cooking appliances, wet floors (which can cause a higher risk of falls), and building structures.
