Today we visited Ju Fu Farmhouse Cuisine, which is located downstairs in a residential community in Xuhui District. This restaurant mainly serves various home-style stir-fries. The kitchen has two cooking stoves that are used alternately. During peak dining hours, both stoves will be used simultaneously. Almost all of the customers are local residents.

The length of this kitchen hood is approximately 3 meters. The cooking fumes from the two cooking stoves are directly discharged through the fume duct. Therefore, the selected smoke purification equipment has a ventilation capacity of 6000 cubic meters per hour. Considering that the upper floor is a residential area, after explaining the daily cleaning and maintenance knowledge of the smoke purification equipment to the customer, the customer finally chose our leasing model.
