Adjustable post air supply function

The tuyere is made of PBT material with high temperature resistance and flame retardant, which can operate for a long time under the high temperature environment of 140 ℃, with strong stability and non variability.

Humanized safety control

The smoke hood is equipped with triple safety protection mechanism: the light barrier is shifted and the UV system is automatically closed; The UV cabin door is opened and the UV system is automatically closed; The air pressure sensing device in the smoke hood does not monitor the start of the fan, and the UV system is automatically closed. Strictly protect the safety of users.

Intelligent control box

It is equipped with liquid crystal display frequency to detect the operation status of each system of each group of smoke hood in real time, independent sectional control, fault log to automatically record the fault cause, and can be connected to the BA system in the building for remote monitoring.

Pressure rapid detection system

Through the air pressure detection port, the air pressure in the exhaust chamber is detected in real time, and the air valve is adjusted according to the actual demand to achieve the best smoke exhaust effect. This is particularly important in the project delivery stage.

It can provide a variety of lighting brightness options and specific matching. The general lighting can be adjusted to between 500 and 750lx. 1000lx can be used in the quality control area, providing high-quality visual comfort and saving a lot of energy.

Low speed make-up fresh air system

The design of UVF front end adopts the C & C principle and is equipped with a low-speed air supplement panel. The dust is filtered through the internal diffuser and the honeycomb screen behind the panel to slowly spread the clean air in the kitchen. While the air can circulate freely, the oil fume will not disperse from the cooking equipment, and the kitchen will feel comfortable at the same time.

High efficiency mechanical grease filter (g-cylone screen)

The mechanical separation effect is the result of the combined action of the gravity of liquid oil fume, the surface separation resistance of filter plate, and the compatibility and diffusion of liquid molecules. The unique non blocking design will not increase the wind resistance with the use time, so as to ensure the smoke exhaust effect of the kitchen. Multistage cyclone separation technology, the purification efficiency of oil fume particles above 5 microns can reach 96%

UV-C photolysis oxygen system (power master)

Elwalker's high temperature resistant lamp cap is the core technology of UV-C lamp. It is a patented adaptive high temperature resistant lamp cap specially designed and developed for Chinese restaurants. The service life of durable coated lamp tubes is increased by 1.3 times. The unique coating of long-life lamp tubes ensures that they will not have transmission loss of quartz glass. Therefore, there will be continuous and stable external line output throughout the service life of the lamp.

Wind curtain capture system (Majic jet technology)

Avoiding oil fume spillover is a major challenge for smoke exhaust engineering. Compared with the traditional factory product smoke hood with only exhaust function, Majic jet technology has the advantages of eliminating the same heat load. It will avoid cross air flow during smoke exhaust of the smoke hood, and the exhaust air volume can be reduced by 30% - 40% at most.
