Airwork smoke hood case: Dalian Intel Employee Restaurant

Intel Dalian chip factory, with a total investment of US $2.5 billion, is also the first 300 mm wafer manufacturing plant established by Intel in Asia. The factory was built in 2010 and located in Dalian Economic Development Zone. The beautiful natural environment and first-class port conditions here constitute a unique location advantage. As one of the earliest opening cities in China, thousands of foreign-funded enterprises are gathered here, familiar with international rules, efficient administrative services and a large number of professional talents.

As a supplier of fume purification equipment, elwalker is honored to participate in the reconstruction project of the staff restaurant.

The site is divided into two areas: Chinese food area and Western food area. The stove in the Chinese food area is mixed with a column. Considering the aesthetics, elwalker has made the column and the sealing plate above the smoke hood according to the size provided. The material is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel treated by oil film drawing.

The staff restaurant is a full-time kitchen with 24-hour non-stop operation, which is also a great test for the performance of the smoke hood. Therefore, we specially selected imported lightsources ultraviolet lamps to increase the performance intensity of the ultraviolet lamps. After the smoke hood was installed on site, elwalker also specially sent engineers to the site for commissioning.
